The next national mass mobilization day (through 50501) is August 2nd. We want it to be big here in DougCo. And we need YOU to make it happen. Thus far, our national movement has focused on anger. The national theme for August 2nd is “Rage Against the Regime.” That’s fair—we’ve had a lot to be enraged about! But to build the world we want, we need more. We need a positive, clear vision for the future. We in Douglas County have vision, dedication, and the ability to metaphorically shout so loud Boebert can hear us all the way in DC. So, we’re launching a new initiative: the “We Demand Better for All” campaign. What does “better for all” mean?
What can YOU do?
Yes, we live in troubled times. But Resistance with a Vision can lead us out of the darkness. It’s time to demand better for all. Let’s do this, friends. |
Upcoming Events*Note: Not all events are organized by DougCo Activism. One of our goals is to support, promote, and collaborate on events led by other activism groups in and around Douglas County. |
